The App is based on the educational material O Livro dos Verbos, which presents 150 commonly used Brazilian Portuguese verbs with conjugations across different tenses and moods, together with usage information and example sentences.

The App is intended as an educational resource and reference tool.

It is not a substitute for individualized language instruction, professional advice, or other authoritative sources where such sources are necessary.

If you are using the App on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and other commercial conditions will be presented to you before purchase.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. A refund for a completed payment may be requested within 30 days under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The concept, educational approach, content development, organization, editorial decisions, and final curation of the educational product were created and directed by Camila Frade de Moura.

To the extent that particular materials are owned by or licensed from third parties, the applicable rights remain with their respective owners.

Your purchase or subscription gives you a limited right to access and use the App for personal educational purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.

You may not sublicense, sell, transfer, or commercially exploit this license.

Language is complex and may vary according to region, context, register, and usage. Educational examples and explanations are intended to facilitate learning and should be understood within that educational context.

Although the content is developed and curated with care, we do not represent that every piece of educational content will always be completely free from typographical, linguistic, technical, or other errors.

For example, Claude by Anthropic may be used as a supporting tool during content creation and review, and Lovable may be used as a supporting development platform.

These tools do not constitute separate authors or operators of the WeSpeakCo., WeSpeakEducation, or WeSpeakPortuguese projects.

Final editorial, pedagogical, and creative decisions remain under the responsibility and curation of Camila Frade de Moura.

We may also update educational content, software, design, functionality, or technical infrastructure.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available without interruption or that every feature will remain unchanged.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the App.

Third party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third party services that are outside our reasonable control.

We may also suspend or terminate access for nonpayment or repeated or serious policy violations.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Termination of access does not eliminate obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination.

You may cancel your subscription according to the applicable subscription management process.

A cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not necessarily result in a refund for a period that has already been paid.
